adoption:

WHEREAS, Alan Stessrud, 4025 JOAo Ave. No., requested a subdivision i
waiver on Plat 43740, Parcel 600 covering 4.86 acres.

1. That the requirements of Ordinance, No. 66.1 of the Villase"of

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly I
