Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-509-A I WHEREAS, Mr. Gerald Roddy, 310 Groveland Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota requested utilities be installed in Sunny Acres Third Addition of which he is the developer and waived the public hearing for same. { WHEREAS, Mr. Gerald Roddy is sole owner of said development and 1 f1 will be liable for the assessment covering these improvements. 1, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE. !( OF PLYMOUTH: - ;� j �} "1. (PROJECT #71-1,(.1,8,9-D) Ij The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly Ij seconded by Councilman Kindseth and upon vote being taken thereon, the j i JJ !j following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, if Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth.
