Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting

of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota j
:vas held on the 10th day of December, 1970. �+
j The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
(;Councilmen Johnson and Hintz ail Acting Manager Dewan B.
;(Barnes. The following members were absent: Councilmen Spaeth
;land Kindseth.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and

;moved its adoption:

t WHEREAS, A VILLAGE ELECTION WAS HELD DECEMBER 8, 1970
SIN THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
JbF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY CERTIFY THE RE$ULTS OF
I�THE VILLAGE ELECThON FOR COUNCILMAN AS FOLLOWS:

Iseconded-by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken

!thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
councilman Johnson and Hintz. No one voted against.

Whereupon sail resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
