Pursuant to due call. and notice thereof, s rep -Aar meeti-ag of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, MitkAesota was held on the
7th day of December, 1470. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda. Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one
was absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-504
t' WHEREAS, Gary Freund of the Northern Holding Company requested approval i.
t to construct an extension of sewer and water lines and build a road
extension on the service road paralleling State Highway #55. j

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE

i VILIAGE OF PLYMOUTBs
k The above request -is hereby approved granting the Northern Holding
Company to construct an extension of sewer and water lines and build
a road extension on the service road paralleling Trunk Highway #55
3 at Roland Street subject`to the followings
1. Typical street section must show intergrant asphalt curb on the
1 north side to match what is in place. �

2. The radius of the cul-de-sac must be increased from 25' to a
` minimum of 30' to facilitate turning of snow plow equipment,
ii the northwest corner of the cul-de-sac must be rounded off. 5
3. Specifications must be received, setting forth testing and �~
Inspecting requirements._
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution -was duly

lseconded by Councilman Kindseth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
i4 following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Kids, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz,

I Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution
:i was declared duly passed and adopted.
