A special, meeting of the Plymouth City Council was called to, order by Acting Mayor
Hunt at 4:30 P,M,, at City Hall. 3025 Harbor lane, on January 31, 1975.
PRESENT: Ading Mayor .Nunn, Counci lmen` Neils and Spaeth, Manager Willis.
ABSENT: Mayor Hi 10 and Council%. n Seibold,
It, was explained that this Special Council Meeting was called
to' discuss, bids or five administrative cars. On January 30,
1975, bids were pened; The low bid recorded for five compact
cars included u. of a rebate, only if the purchase were made
prior to the February 1, 1975 deadline.
MOTION was rade! by Councilman Spaeth, seconded by Councilman
Neils, to adopt; RESOLUTION N0. 75-81t A RESOLUTION AWARDING
DID FOR FIVE 175 AUTOMOBILES TO ITE L CHEVROLET, Motion
carried on a 011 call vote, three ayes.
