ABSENT: Councilman Seibold, The meeting was called to" order at 5:15 P.M. by Magor Hil,de, who announced the pyrnose of, the''Speci al Meeting was for the C-fty Council to r.anvass the results of the Special City Election regarding the question of whether or not the City Cound,l was to be authorized to issue special'lioenses for the sale of intoxicating liquor on Sunday.
