HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-499VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH i Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of, the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of December, 19'0. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindsrrth and Spaeth. No one was absent. Mayor Hilde introduced the following Resolution and moved its 'r adoption: RESOLUTION 10. 70-499 ii WHEREAS, Programmed Lands, Inc. represented by Allen Gray, petitioned for preliminary plat approval for their industrial park Esite plan. r 1 NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ! THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 'i The preliminary plat plan submitted by Progras sd Y.ands. Inc. ii is hereby approited subject to the following considerations: a; j 1. Approval of the drainage and utility plans by the village i consultant engineer. 2. That the site plan be amended to eliminate trackage any i� further south than halfway across. Lot 5, Block 1, and that trackage be realigned so as not to cross Xenium Lane to {, the vest in &'manner as defined by the consultant engineer, ,I to run across the back parts of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 1, t to avoid a double track on Xenium La.e. 3. Dedication of the appropriate amount of right of way necessary to build a minor thoroughfare running north and south of the east side of the line of subject industrial property. 4. That right of way: be established as follows: Xenium Lane - 50 feet for the east half street instead of the 40 feet indicated. Industrial Circle - 70 feet instead of 60 feet. 5. That the rear lot line at Lots 2. 3, 6 and 7, Block 2, be adjusted to make a continuous •astlwest easement across Block 2. The right of way to`be 50' to 100' to be determined by the Planner and Engineer. 6. That utility and rail easements be provided in conformance with the subdivision regulations. (6 feet on each side and rear lot lines or as required by the Consultant Engineer. Page 2, Resolution No. 70-499 7. That the Consultant Engineer and Park Director will work with the developer so -that the total park dedication in both the .industrial area and the proposed R-3 area will result in a total dedication of no lose than 102 of both the I-1 and R-3 parcels and in conformance with the guide plan. 8. That the Consultant Engineer approve the street grading and profiles. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNry OF r±ENNSPIN ) SS.
