Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting 1}

;of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
,was held on the 7th day of December, 1970.
1F The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
lifiintz, Johnson, Kindse-th and Spaeth. No one was absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and
" oved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-498
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL a
1fOF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
} That the salary of the Finance Director -Treasurer, of
The Village of Plymouth, namely Dewan B. Barnes, be.
increased by $200.00 per month and that the Village car
be made available to him during the period of service

j; as Acting (Interim) Manager.
iThe Motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was j

!duly second by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken
i
thereon, the following 'voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,,
Councilmen Spaeth,.Kindseth, Johnson and Hintz. No one voted
against. j
i�j Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed a-1
