Purspant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (7[IIK141t d) meeting
of the Village Council of the Villa e of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 7rh day of December , 1970. The following, members
were present: Haar Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz. Kindseth Soseth.
The following members were absent, None
Councilman Hint- introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-496
WIT FEAS, a request was received to eittend the paving project
of 34th Avenue a distance of 150 feet west of Kilmer Lane.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FIERFBY RESOLVED BY TRF; VII:UM COUNCIL OF THE
#VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:'.
Approval is hereby given to accept a Change Order for Project
f70 -BA, Kilmer -Lane Improvement, to extend said improvement
and extend the paving approximately 150 feet west of Kilmer
Lane subject to all property owners involved having been
notified and a public hearing waiver signed by them.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by CoereilMn Johnson , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof:Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz. Kindeath and Spaeth
The, following voted against none
The following abstained none
Mereupon the Resolution was declared duly pnssed and adopted.

1970, with the original thereof nn file in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates
to a Resolution regarding a change order for Project X70 -8A
