SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

The special meeting of the Plymouth Village fcuncil was called to order by Acting
Bator Hunt at 7:35 P, M. in he Council Chambers of the Public Works Building, 14900
Twentythi rd Avenue North, Plywouth, on November 12, 1973.

Morrison's lake View Additien and also lots 41 And 42 of that
plat. The petitioner additionally proposes to divide the
two proposed consolidations to create four lots ccnfora ing
to Ordinance requi r•eTents in regard to widths depth, and
area, with a driveway easement through one parcel for access
to a public street from another parcel. lots 3942 of Merri-
son's Lake View Addition all front on Memlock.Lane. The Staff
recomnrnds that, Cc:uncil refer this matter to the Planning
Commis4ion for revigw and direct that other alternatives for
replatting Lots 39 through 45 be considered,
Mr. Andy Hagemen, Soo Line Bui 10i ng, represent 4ng potential
purchaser of Lots 39 through 4?, indicated that his clients
were not interested in purchasing lots 43, 44 and 45, but also
that his clients would not be able to ,se the Lots 39 through
42 as they now stand,

The V111age Manager reviewed the Compvehensive Sewer Plan
Supplement its prepared by the Village's Consulting Engineers.
The Council reviewed both Altlwnate A and 0 Rind discussed
the pros and cons of each aet.,irnate. Followin considerable
discussion and review, it was concluded that Xlternate 9
provided the Village the greatest degree of short and long

The Staff and pillage Attarney have completed preparation
of a proposed Ordinance which would conii.Gli#,ate certain
permit and license fees into Sections la art;' 11 of Chapter
11 "Administrative Code" of the Village t rdi vance Code.
The Staff recomiends that the Couficil adopt the two proposed
Ordinances which would amend the V*11age Code by establishirg
license fe,%s and permit fees for various aetivittes. A cores
