Purspant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting
of the Village Council of the Villa -o of. Plymouth, Tdinne,ota was held
on the 30th day of November , 1970. The following members
were present: Me
vor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz. Kindseth 6 Spaeth.
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
REsnLIfTICN N0. 70-495
WHEREAS, a request was made to approve the Construction and
Sinking Fund disbursement for the patiod ending, November 23,
1970;
NOW T11EREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THF
VILLAGE OF PLYTUiM:
Approval is hereby liven accepting the Construction and •
Sinking Fund Disbursement in the amount of $2,440,173.61.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by. Councilman Johnson , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor, thereof: Mor Hilde._Couneilsen Hintz
Johnson, Kindsgth and Spaeth
The -following voted against none
The following abstained none
Whereupon the Resolutinn was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village of
Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a mawixK (special)
meeting of the Villape Council of said Village held on Nov. 30 ,
1970, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates
to a Resolution regarding a disbursement
