Pursgant to due call and notice thereof, a,logilAgg (special) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the _Inth day of Upyember 1970. The folloving members
were present: VAy ,r raide. CoweiLmen Johnson Hintz, Spaeth Kindseth.
The followiTtg members were absent: jlpgg
Gouuncilmsn Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoptions
RESOLUTION 70-694
WHL*?EAS, approval is requested for the -General Fund disbursement
for the period ending OftOr 23, 1970.
NOW THERFFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILI4GF. COn CIL OF THE
VILI:AGF. OF PLY1tOW H
The General Fund disbursement in the.amoaet of $19,829.26
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson,
Hints, Kindeeth and Spaeth
The -following voted against none
The following abstained none
Whereupon the Fesolution T•ras declared duly passed and adopted.
