Purspant to due call and notice thereof, a regular ( tgtk) meeting
of theVillageCouncil of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota 'vas held
on the 16th day of November , 1479. The following members
were present:_ Baer, Hilda, CoUgg1lmen JSLt son, Nlgta and Spaeth__.
The following members vere absent: Councilman R101seth
Councilman Johnson -introduced the following Resolution -
and moved its' adoption:
RFSO1dMON NO. 70-493
WHEREAS, approval was requested for the regular payroll for
ttw period ending November 15. 1970 and Construction and
Sinking Fund disbursementfor the period ending October 27, 1970.
NOV THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TILE VILLAGE. COUNCIL OF TILE
VILLAGE OF PLYHOLIPH:
Approval is bereby given to approve the regular payroll in the
asiount of $17,393.92 and Construction and Sinking Fund disburse—
sent in the amount of $73,845.37.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hints and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen. Johnson,
Hintz and Spaeth
The -following voted against shone
The following=abstained none
