Furspant to due call and notice thereof., a regular (*Lt) meeting
of the Village Council of the VillaZe of Plymouth, Minnesota eras held
on the 16th day of November 1970. The following members
were present:_ MaYar Hilde, Councilman. Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Kindeeth
Counelloaan Spaeth -introduced the following Resolution:
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION No. 70-492
WHEREAS, Principal. Warran Larson of the Birchviev Elementary
School requested "slow -School Zone" signs be placed along,Ranchv ew
Land and abutting streets near the school. _
NOW THEREFORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVFb BY THE VILIACE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF FMOUTH:
The racosaradation sada by Police Chief Hawkinson to erect:
"Slow -School Zan*" sips in the vicinity of Birchview
Elementary_ School at the following locations is hereby
aPPtoved:
1, On eastbound 6th Ave. at Ranchview Lana
2 pa southbound .Ranchviev Lane at 5th Ave..
3. On westboand.3rd Ave. tit''Ranchview Lane
4. On eastbound 3rd Ave. at Rannhview Lane
r S. On northbound Ranchviow Lane at 3rd Ave.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson , and upon vote being taken thereon,.
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayer Hilda, Councilmen
Johnson. Hint; And Spaeth
The following voted agAinst woe
The following abstained none
Whereupon the Fesolution vns decInred duly pas -zed and adopted.
