VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
15th day of November* 1970. The following members were present: }
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth. Councilman Kindeeth
WAS assent.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved

its adoption:
i RESOLUTION NO. 70-491

WHEREAS, APPROVAL: WAS REQUESTED FOR THE ELECTION JUDGE LIST WHO
}; WILL SERVE AT THE VILLAGE ELECTION TO BE HELD DECEMBER 8, 1970.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF ILYMOUTH:

The motion for the
adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
it Hints and Spaeth. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution wad
declared duly passed and adopted.

I. the undersigned,being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing entract of the minutes of a regular
meeting of the Plymouth. Village Council held on November 16, 1970
with the original thereof on file it my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom.
