PRESENT: Mayor kilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Seibold, Manager Willis and Village Assessors Pulju and Carroll. (Coun'cilman .Spaeth , joined the Board of Review at,8:12 p.m.) ABSENT: None MayorlHilde reminded the citizens attending the Board of Review that at the hearing ori June 6th the Council heard the problems that the property owners presented, directed the Staff to recheck the valuation of each assessment in,question, and at this meeting the Council would make a de- termination of each appeal. Manager Willis stated that Assessor Pulju and his staff made an interior inspection of every parcel that°was appealed on June 6,' 1972,,with the exception of one. As each case was called, Assessor Pulju reviewed the basis for his valu- ation, the improvements and deterrents that were factory in his valuation, and the reason for each reduction or increase. MOTION was made by Councilman Seibold, seconded Co W. Motion carried, four ayes. NOTE: Land covered by RESOLUTION 72-222 MOTION was made by Councilman Neils, seconded by Robert E. Erickson Councilman Seibold, to accept the 1972 assessment '110O5A Highway 56 of $29,5O0 is recommended by Assessor Pulju and Plat 43736, Parcel 5210 presentee! at the Board of Review on June 6, 1972.
