i RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT
AND
CALF 766 PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Viilraga of Plymouth, Minnesota, wv; he)d on the
1 16th day of November, 1970. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth. Cbuncilman Kindseth
was absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-490
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer to

the Village Council on October 29, 1970 recommending improvement of

t Revere Lane from 39th to 40th Avenues, Project l70 -8,G.

i( NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and assessment procedure
modified for property abutting or within said boundaries
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to.°M.S.A. Sec. 429,011 to 429.111, at an eat-
imated total cost -of .the improvement as shown.
2. A public heariag-s bbeehh�srld on such proposed improve-
ment on the 7th dap c,'at the Village Council
Chambers at 10:00 A.M. The Village Council shall give
published notice of such hearing and improvement as.
required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda. Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz and Spaeth. No one voted against. Whereupon said motion was
declared duly passed and adopted.
