Purapant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, 'finnesota c: -as held
on the 16th day of November , 1970. The following members
were present: Mayor:Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth

Counei ':n Hintz introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70+-489
W}(EgP,AS, C. S. McCrossan Co. asked for a time extension on
their contract for Project f70 -8C.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COMCIL of THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The requested time extension by C. S. McCrossan Co. on Project Ai
/70-8C, 36th Avenue Street improvement is hereby approved.
