to`the Council somewhat in harmony with the Council resolution. RF.DAPPROVAL ( )
the Planning Cmaission, after reviewing the revised plan, hes Item 4.a
recaeinended that this petition be denied. The staff, however,
feels it is in basic harmony with w4at we believe to be the in-
tent the Council when they passed the resolution. There is a
representative here of the developer to speak - Jim Parker. Mr.
Parker showed slides of proposed developmt ar a explained .fully.
Much discussion followed re density ratio.

Councilman Neils indicated he thought it might be advisable to have
a general review and recmwendations on the water distribution report
from another consultant; Short discussion ensued;'4`1 was dscided to
discuss at length at last meeting of the month.

the preliminary plat for "Westfield"s Councilor n Seibold uired
whether developer had met with all stipulations the Punning Canais-
sion iWicated in their January 19 meeting. Councilman *. Als said
the 'Planning Commission was intei sted in having the Plmoter contact
develope:n of the ibnderesa plat to work; out possibility of some
connections,_ etc. between the drainage areas, particularly the lower
pond and the bid pun®. Planner OmAiser indicated that that was
being pursued.
