Pursliant to due call and notice thereof, a regular ( jstk) meeting
of the Pillage Council of the 1'illnCe of Plymouth, Minnesota vas held
on the 16th day of November , 197. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilder Councilman Johnson, Hints and Spaeth
The following members vere absent: Counnllean Kind®eth _•
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOIUTION r0. 70-488 _
W1IFREAS, approval for a Change Order with Johnson Bros. on the
Central Area sever and Water Project /69-1.0-C was requested.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY F.ESOLVFn BY THE VII.I.ACE COM -CIL OF THE
VILLACE OF PLYDMUTH:
Approval is hereby given for the Change Order in the amount of
$3,864.12 for the Central Area Sewer 6 Water Project I69 -1,0-G '
contract with Johnson Bros. of 6311 Wayzata Blvd.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote beim taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayer 941AA6 Cotmellwen Johnson.
Hintz and Spas_
The following voted against now
The follotAng abstained none
