The people will find a low loan value due to this situation. We are interested in sewer and water and naturally we want you to put it in because we want to build. Mr. Bqb brenny of Premier Realty, 430 Oak Grove, said we have a piece of pro- perty on 10th Avenue which can be sold for a residence and is not big enough for an industrial site. The people want to sell but cannot because it is not set up for industrial. It is only zoned that way. On 91th Avenue this area etas to be laid out or it will go as a Mickey `louse package. It is the entrance to Plymouth from Golden Valley. A Rutde line should he met on what to going to be done in the area. It is just sitting thero stagnant. Mayor Hilde said all we can do is zone it.
