Purspant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (K#) meeting
of the Village Council of the Villn,^,e of Plymouth, ttinnesota was held
on the 16th day of November , 1970. The following members
were present:_ ngor- Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman,�Kindseth

Councilman Sifiath,:-introdt ced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESni1}TION NO. 70-48£
WI1EPEAS, the Nelson Realty, Inc. requested a bond reduction on
Larch Heights Lagoon development.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT IIERF.BY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE, OF PLYI?OUTH:
Approval is hereby granted to reduce the bond on Larch Heights
Lagoon subject to cash payment of any service charges to the
village as shown on the Village Treasurer's books or*that said
fees be deducted from said bond.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the -following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz and Spaeth _
The -following voted against none
The following abstained none
Whereupon the Pesolution was declared duly passed and adoptee].
