PuraVant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (7cla[xiat) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
an the 16th day of November 1971. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth
The following men'hers crere absent: Councilman Kindseth
Councilsan Hintz introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adaption:
RESOLUTION 144•
WHEREAS, Mrs. Adolph Olson requested a serer and water assessment
deferrwent on Lot 6, Auditor Subdivision 333, Plat 63740, Patcal 1200.
NOW 11rRUORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLrHOUTN;
The'above deferrsent request for -Mrs. Adolph. Olson is hereby
approved covering the serer and Water laCeral charge made on
the 115 front feat on Plat 43740, Parcel 1.260 which is eon-
sideted to be applicable to the land to the east,,until such
time that the property is joined'vith the contiguous land
and become a developable place of property.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Couacilman Johnson ,and upon vote being taken thereon,,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor ]tilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz and Spaeth
Tire' E`nlioning voted against none
The following abstained none
Whereupon the Pesolution was declared duly passed and adapted.
