j RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
RXPORr ON ?1ROVEMENT
1l Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the

16th day of November. 1970.
} The following ambers were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson,
0 Hints and Spaeth. Councilman Rindseth was absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-485
tWHEREAS, it is proposed to install sewer, water. storm sewer where
these utilities are not available in the area west of Medicine Lake,
south of the center of Sections 22 and 23 and easterly and northerly of
i Highway 155 with said report to be broken up into logical construction
components, and assess the abutting property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvements, pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDEY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH.
That the Village Manager be directed to refer the above proposed
improvement to the Consultant Engineer and Instruct his to report
to the Council with all convenient speed] advise the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conn-
ection with some other impgoVement and the estimated cost of the
Improvement as recommended.
The motion waa seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion: Mayor Hilda
f� Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth. No one voted against. Whereupon
i the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
