RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular sleeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of November, 1970. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth. Councilman Kindeath
was absent.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-483
WHEREAS, it is proposed to install sever, water and storm sever in
the area bounded by Third Avenue on the north, Queensland Lane on the
west, The Chicago Northwestern Railroad tracks on the south involving
an agressient with the City of Wayzata to accept sanitary sewerage, and.
assess the pbutting property for all or a portion of the cost of said
improvsndnto pursuant to M.S.A. See. 429.011 to 429.111.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH',. That the Village Manager is directed to refer to the
Consultant Engineer the above proposal for study and
Instruct hi= to report to the Council with all convenient
speed, advise the Connell in a prelisdnary'vay as to
whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in conn-
ection with some other improvement and the estimated cost
of the improvement as recommended.
The notion was seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion: Mayor Hilda,
Councilmen Johnson. Hintz and Spaeth. No one voted against. Whereupon
the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
