Pursuant to Aue call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the f f
i Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
fkj 16th day of November, 1970.
{; The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
14 Hintz and Spaeth. Councilman Kindseth was absent. E

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-482
!' WHEREAS, it is proposed to install never, water, storm sewer, curb
and gutter in the Cavanaugh Additions, and assess the abutting property for
all oyc.-V,p"taof the cost of the improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH* That the Village Manager is hereby directed to refer the
above improvement to the Consultant Engineer, for study
I andthat he s,*nstructed to report to the Council with
Z all conveaient epees, advise the Council in a preliminary
! way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible
and as to vhather it should beat be made as proposed or in f
connection with some other improvement and the estimated {,
cost of the improvement as recommended. {{
j� The motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken
r
thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion: Mayor Hilda,
Councilmer Johnson, Hintz'and Spaeth. No one voted against. Whereupon the
motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
