Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 1970-481VILLAGE OF PLYMDUTH RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of November, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth. Councilman Kindmeth was absent. Councilman Hints introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-481 WHEREAS, it to proposed to install water service from I. S. #494 to the realignment of County Road #15 dam to Ridgemount Avenue over to Zachary Lane to tie up with all contiguous areas having such service at present, and assess tba'abutting property for all or a portion of the cost. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED DT THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: That the Village Manager be directed to refer the proposed improvement to the Consultant Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all con- venient speed, advise the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the Improvement as recommended. The motion we seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted in favor of the motion: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson. Hints and Spaeth. No one voted against.
