OCTOBER 7, 1971
A special Meting of the Plymouth Village Council was called to order for,
assessment heariap'purppses by Couneilaan Hints who acted as Mayor on
October 7, .1971 at 7:45 P.M. in tho Public Worka Municipal Building.
PRESENT fauncilmsn Riots, Spaeth and Hunt, Manager Willis and Engines,:
Rudrud.
ABSENT: Mayor Hilda and`Councilman Johnson

and the preliminary reports, estimated costs and costa to be assessed.
The public hearing opened and Mr. Arnold J. Jewett, 6417 Lakeview Urivr,
VAI'_s Church, Virginia, and Ted Jewett, M=x 12, Hanover, Minnesota
appeared in regard to their property in plat 43714, Parcel 4000,
14, located on 36th Avenue Northwest of County Road 918. They asked host
such the rate will be and when the assesswent will be in effect. These
questions were all answored. The period of the assessment payment will
be determined Saturday. October 9, 1971 and could possibly be 10 years
fur water and 20 years for streets. Mr. Jewett asked if all properties
paid equally and he was informed -that they all pay an equal, amount per
front foot. It was printed out to thea that the area charges are not
Included in this hearing. A :separate hearing for the area charges will
be held in 1972.
The Jewett& had several questions concerning planning for the area, street
locations, types of toning and methods of cowesnclug developments. Thoy
were asked to stay after the meeting to discusn these with the Manap.pr and
Engineer.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 P.M. with a continuatacrn to be held
Saturday, October 9, 1971 at 10:00 A.M. at the Village Hall.
