Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, Was held on the
16th day of November, 1970. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth. Councilman Kindseth
was absent.
C:.uncilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 70-480 j
!� WHEREAS, it was proposed that Resolution No. 70-468 pertaining

to water improvement on 7th Avenue be rescinded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF -
i PLYMOUTH THAT: t

Resolution No. 70-468 dated November 2, 1970 shall be rescinded.

The motion was seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth. No one voted
against. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted. kk
