HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-479VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the jr Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the a iE E, 15th day of November, 1970. The following members were present.: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth. Councilman Kindeeth i� it was absent. i; trt* frit **e Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 70-479 WHEREAS, it was proposed that Resolution No. 70-457 pertaining to water improvement on Magnolia Lane be rescinded. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMDUTH THAT: Resolution No. 70-447 dated 'ovember 2, 1970 is to be rescinded. The motion was seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted in favor of the motion: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth. No one voted against. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on November 15, 1970, with the original on file in sty office and the same is a full and true transcript therefrom.
