Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
jr Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the

15th day of November, 1970. The following members were present.:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth. Councilman Kindeeth

Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION No. 70-479
WHEREAS, it was proposed that Resolution No. 70-457 pertaining
to water improvement on Magnolia Lane be rescinded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMDUTH THAT:
Resolution No. 70-447 dated 'ovember 2, 1970 is to be
rescinded.
The motion was seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being
taken thereon. the following voted in favor of the motion:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth. No one voted
against. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held on November 15, 1970, with the
original on file in sty office and the same is a full and true
transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
of -the Village this 15th day of December, 1970.
