;i RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF 1 `
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
Pursuant to di• call.and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
16th day of November. 1970. The following members were present:
1 Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth. Councilman Kindseth
was absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoptions
RESOLUTION NO. 70-478
WHEREAS„ IT IS PROPOSED TO HOOKUP TO MINNETONKA VILLAGE FOR SEWER
FOR THE RESIDENTS SOUTH OF RIDGEMOUNT AVENUE ON MAGNOLIA LANE.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH.,
The Village Manager is hereby directed to have a.proliwi:nary
report prepared by the Consulting Engineer and he be instructed
to raport-ta the Council with all convenient speed, advise the
Council in a preliminary way as to whether the ,proposed improve -
sent is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed -or in connection with some other improvement and the
estimated cost .%f the improvement as recommended.

The motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion: Mayor Hilde.

Councilman Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village of
Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
foregoing extract of the minutes of a'regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held November 16, 1970, with the original thereof
on file in -my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clark and the corporate seal of
the Village this 15th day of December, 1970.
