be his reapofiaibility. If so, it could be re-evaluated on that basis.

the sewer Installation and it was concluded this could be a winter project.

Leg of the Northvest Interceptor will be extended as the prelisinary
report so states with the following understanding:

Inspection and administration of the project and responsible for the
acquiring of easements and all administration.
2. The Lowry Htl) Construction Company will pay for all of the construction
and financing and continue flasocing of the project until such time that

3. That zoning would be at the point of agreement and all the proceedings
would he conducted by the Council.
4. That the project be so scheduled as to he done during the winter of
1971 and 1972.

Mayor Hilda told Mtrs. Dover that her application for a Garbage Hauler's RF: BOYER CARBAOC
License renewal was lissued for only a RO day period voi that she may SERVICE
appear before Cmmci,l and state her case in regard to the numerous
complaints the village has received from citizens regarding the type of
service they have received from her firer.
Mrs. Boyer related that it is her opinion that thl Council cannot deny
her license renewal Inasmuch as complaints from citizens do not constitute
an ordinance violattan. She asked whir the names of the complaintants were
not given to her so she could have checked out their enmplatnt. She won
told that aha was sent a ler ter in this regard. A dtacuaeion ensued on the
types of complaints and w1vic will he done by her to correct they situation.
