MOTION was made byFavor Hilde, second by Councilman Johnson,directing,' the Acting Manager to,analyze the aAsessments,,of the old parcel befove it was subdivided and develop'a report with a recommendation for Council's consideration wherein Mr. Bittner's new lot will receivR an adjustment of the assessment taking into consideration the unbuildatl.& portion of the property to the west of his home. Notion carried 4 eye vote. Mr. Betthiaume asked how his aes'essment could be based'on'a commercial rate when it is coned R-1. Mayor Hilde told him 3t is zoned R-0 but guided as ltdustrial-commercial. A discussion enRued on Oether or not his assessment should -,be reduced but it was decided to leave the decision remain as is with the dtferrment for payment, applied.
