The Council compared the assessments with the improvement of 96th Avenue which Engineer tbnestroo said should not he done as the 36th Avenue area will always he residential which is not true of Fernbrook Lane.. Costincilman Hunt questioned the variance from 110 feet to 104 ieet on Lots 4 and 9 and the feasibility of a Joint driveway. It was explained by the developer and engineer that these lots will still cover noire than half an acre and the driveway will be twice the width of a normal driveway and in reality is like two driveways to allow turning around. Having said Planner Bergly also brought this up before the Planning Commission but It was tabled.
