VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of November, 1970. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth. Councilman Kindoeth
was absent.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70.476
WHEREAS, Mr. Ben J. Winkler, 17125 12th Avenue North, requested
a subdivision waiver of Lots 17 and 19, Block 2, City View Acres.
NOW, THERERORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYlflUTH:

1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village
of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1%6, and filed on April
i 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497,

Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to
the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres
j; in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the
j following described lands:
:i Tract A: (LOT 19)

�t All of Lot 19, Block 2, City View Acres except the southerly
ii 240 feet thereof.
Tract B:
The south 240 feet of Lot 19, Block 2, City View Acres.
Tract A. (LAT 17)
I' All of Lot 17, Block 2, City View Acres except the southerly

Tract B:
The south 240 feet of Lot 17, Block 2, City View Acres.

It seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
i following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held November 16, 1970, with
the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a
Resolution waiving subdivision requirements.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
