Pursyant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Villa -e of Plymouth, Minnesota vas held
on the 16th day of November 1970. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hints 6 Spaeth
The followsvg members were absent: Councilman Rindseth
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION No. 70-475
IiHMAS, Preferred Circle Industrial'Park developers submitted
a landscaping plan for approval for Buildings 1 and 2 in the Circle Star
Business Center First Addition, Lot 5, 6, 8, 9 and parts of Lots 4 6 10, Blk.- 2,41
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE V7LI.ACF. COUFCTL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLI71OUTIJ:
The above request is hereby approved which covers landscaping
plans for Buildings 1 and 2 submitted by developers of the Preferred
Circle Industrial Park.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson,
Hints and Spaeth
The -following voted agninst none
The following abstained none
Whereupon the Fesolution was declared duly passed and adopted..
