RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF i
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT

Pursuant* to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
VillageCouncil of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
16th day-of November, 1970. The fallowing members were present:

Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth. Councilman Kindseth

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved

if WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve by installation of a storm
sewer in the Fox Meadows development involving the Cavanaugh Additions
fi and Harris property and assess the abutting property for all or a portion it

i4 of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111.,
�( NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF.THE VILLAGE OF I

prepared for Project 170-2A, Storm Sewer,loprovement, in the
,{ Fox Meadows Devolopment involving the Cavanaugh Additions and
L. W. Harris property, cooperating the best he can with the
property owners and include a new assessment proposal in this }
report.
±! The motion was seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken
£i thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion. Mayor Hilda.,
Councilmen Johnson,,,Hintz and Spaeth. No one voted against. Whereupon
jthe motion was declared duly passed and adopted. ,
