PRESENT: Mayor Hilde, Counctlmen Johnson, Hints, Spaeth, Councilman -elect Huht, Acttng Manager &ernes and Consultant Engineer Aonestroo. ABSENT: Councilmsn"Kipdseth, out of tgwn on businiss. MOTION was made by Councilman Hints, second by'Councilman Joheeaon to adopt RES. RE: 1971 This subject will be taken up again when the new engineer is on board. PROJECTS, Mr. Thomas, owner of Lots #12 and #15 on the south portion of Parkers Lake wanted to know whether or not he can expect to get sewer and water to his property. Another citizen owtwing Lots 014 and #15 was also present in this same regard. Engineer Bonestroo explained that this property was not in- cluded in the East Parkers Lake Project due to the very steep grade in that area. etc added that there are trees th;.t have to be removed by the property owner. A cul de Roc had previously been recommended on 12th Avenue, however the landowners must agree to have this done, ate said it would be best to have the manager contact the owners to get them to agree to a repla,t as the village does not have the right to do this or some other workable solution. MOTION was made by Councilman 11t.nts, second by Councilman Johnson to have the acting manager direct the engineer to prepare a feasibility study for complete cooperation for a replat. and if not agreed to, some alternate solution should be recommended, Engineer Bonostlroo said this report has been done and a bid was made with this included.
