This subject will be taken up again when the new engineer is on board. PROJECTS,
Mr. Thomas, owner of Lots #12 and #15 on the south portion of Parkers Lake
wanted to know whether or not he can expect to get sewer and water to his
property. Another citizen owtwing Lots 014 and #15 was also present in this
same regard. Engineer Bonestroo explained that this property was not in-
cluded in the East Parkers Lake Project due to the very steep grade in that
area. etc added that there are trees th;.t have to be removed by the property
owner. A cul de Roc had previously been recommended on 12th Avenue, however
the landowners must agree to have this done, ate said it would be best to have
the manager contact the owners to get them to agree to a repla,t as the village
does not have the right to do this or some other workable solution.
MOTION was made by Councilman 11t.nts, second by Councilman Johnson to have the
acting manager direct the engineer to prepare a feasibility study for complete
cooperation for a replat. and if not agreed to, some alternate solution should
be recommended, Engineer Bonostlroo said this report has been done and a bid
was made with this included. PLiyor Hilda told qtr. Thomas It Is up to the
neigWns to whe a decision
land
suggested that he contact them. Motion was
