Barnes Acting Mgt MOTION by Councilman Johnson, second by Councilman Hintz, to adopt RESCLUTION NO. 70-498, A RESOLUTION STATING THAT Res, No. THE SALARY OF THE FINANCE DIRECTOR -TREASURER OF 111E VIII_BGG 70-498 OF PLYMOUTH, NAMELY DEWAN A, BARNES, BE INCREASED BY $2100.00 tialFr'v'MR PER MONTH AND THAT THE VT',LAGE CAR BS MADE AVAILABLE TO HIM and access DURING THE PERIOD OF SERVICE AS ACTING (INTERIM) MANAGER, to Village Motion passed by a five aye roll call vote. Car A discussion was held in respect to the Timber ihores-Bass Lake Park Site -A contract between the Village of Plymouth and Mr. f, Mrs. John French, There were two proposals discussed to prt%went to Mr. & Mrs. French so that said agrt%emont could be concluded as follows: 1. That the Village pay Mr. u Mrs, Frenc.h, the $181%800 due August, 19?0 and they agree to complete their contract as revised by modiI..ed plans for the park site, before paying the final, payment in 1971 or, The Village would pay Mr. & Mrs. French, $19,300 in consideration of their having substantially completed their development work for the Plat of Timber Shores and the Village retain the $15,800 in;'tallment of 19"'R) and relieve the Fronches of any further obligation to complete the contract.
