The follouring members were present: Mayor 1131de, Councilmen Johnson, Ifintz and Spaeth. Thu following member was absent: Councilman i:indseth. Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-473 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF EMINENT DOMT11 TO ACQUIRE EASEMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER FROM 26TH TO 2M: "MUFS ON WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE, PROJECT `'69r1,8 -A. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PMOUTH: 1. It is hereby determined to be necessary. proper and expedient and in the interest of the public health, convenience and general welfare of the citizens of the Village of Plymouth to acquire for sanitary sewer purposes (or roadway construction purposes or storm sewer purposes or whatever) the property described in Schedule "A" attached hereto, located within the Village of Plymouth. County of Hennspin, State of Minnesota. 2. The !!ayor and Village Attorney of the Village of Plymouth are hereby authorized to acquire the necessary lands for the aforementioned purposes and to take any and all legal steps necessary to such proceedings. The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken the following voted in favor thereof: 'mayor 1lilde, Ccuncilmen Johnson. 11intx and Spaeth.
