Councilman Johnoon said he felt strongly about him recommendation to review the Fos Meadow plan and development and prefers to defer action on this request until this has been done.. He advised, for the benefit of the press, that these preliminary report requaBtado not necessarily scan that tits projects will be ordered. Munager Crawford stated that the reason why Mrs. Adolph Olson asked for a sewer and water assessment deferrment on Lot 6, Auditor Subdivision 333, Plat 43740, Parcel 1200 because there is no road access and you can't get in with sewer. Attorney Lefler said he understands this parcel is probably going to be added to the parcel to the north shortly for development, at that point in time the assessment could be picked up. This is the only piece that is under appeal. I think that it is safe to assume that it will be added to another parcel And it is not practical to expend money defending an assessment appeal when you will gest it later. Mrs. Olson will be satisfied to have it deferred. She is,eomplaining about the lateral charge not the acreage charge. A discussion was held on this matter.
