A regular meeting of the Plymouth Pillage Council was called to order by
Mayor Ulde at 7:35 P.M. on ` ptember 21, 1970.

sized lots are being crt"ted. A discdssion followed with the village
manager concerning subdivision requirements for lot size and roads adja-
cent to the area for which the above suhdivisiov, waiver was requested.
Votion failed. Cotmcilmen Johnson and Kindseth vc`ted,ave, Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Spaeth and Hintz voted naye. ,
layor Hilde said a review sh mi -1d he made of what will happen for the entire
area. 11TOTION was made by Counci,Inan .?ohngon, Second by Councilman Hintz
directing the manager tn.subp+it the above matter to the Planning Commission
and have them make a study oft'tK! lot development of the entire area and
report back to the Council,.

attend the Hennepin County League of "!un::zipalittes meetings. 'their
next subject of discussion will relate to firanctnR of the Trali3It
Plan which.,must be revolved bernre the start of the coming legislative
session.

cussed the matter of per capita apportionment of state revenue,, He
noted in n Sept. lnth nec,s iter+ it was stated that the sales tax
appnrttonment will he at the rate of 57.13 per rnpitn atnd'hased on

cigarette and liquor revenue.

TRESENTATION
Mr, Too Teigen representing Bel ;ar'Builders and `tre Grant representing RE: PRESENTATION
Marvin H., Construction Co. made,a presentation to Council. On behalf of
iarvin,Anderson Co. "r. Grant held a shovelful of dirt to symbolize the
dirt d4lnated by them for the 4 Seasons greenstripping Orogram, valued at
rToyor Hilde read a letter from them in this regard. Mr. Teigen
presented each member of the Council with a small J ag of grass seed and,
a lgtte;c `with a check in the amount cif $25O to `payor Hilde, which he
read. The letter stated that the check was to be used for the purchase }
of grasil'seed for the greenstrip area. "Ir. Teigen said Rel Mar will
make every effort to have 3 similar greenstrip aret:i adjacent to Fox
Meadows Wition seeded and watered so it will be ;green yet this yeer.
The Mayor and Council thanked both gentlemen and expressed appreciation
for their concern and assistance to the village. Councilman Johnson
suggested that the manager send a letter to the "'fiddle East 11omeowner's
Assoctati,on regarding the above presentation. "+r. Teigen said that
Finance Pirector Aarnes is responsible and deserved credit for most of
the action'that they have taken.
The balar,ce'of the meeting was taken up with a discussion and review
of the praposed budget for 1971.
