RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a special meeting of the

Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the t

9th day of November, 1970. The following members were present:

Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Rindeeth and S?aeth. No one was
i
s
absent.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
l
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-472
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement
of the following Project No. 70-8E on Dunkirk Lane Improvement bids
were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the following
bids were received complying with the advertisement.

Alexander Constr. Co. 18,156.00
Hardrives, Inc. 18,270.00
Black Top Services, Inc. 18,640.50
WHEREAS, it appears that C. S. McCrossan of Osseo, Minnesota In
the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
i PLYMOUTH*
1. The Mayor and Village Manager are hereby authorized and directed
to enter into the attached contract with C. S. McCrosaan of
Osseo, Minnesota in the name of the Village of Plymouth for
Project /70-8E for improvement of Dunkirk Lane according to
the plans and specifications therefor approved by the Village
Council and on file in the office of the Village Clark.
2. Tits Village Clark Is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits ands with their bids,
except that the deposiga of the successful bidder and the
next lowest bidder ohall'be retained until a contract has
been *1010d.
The motion for the,,adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johrison!aAd upon vote being taken thereon. the
following voted in favor thersoft Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
!; Hintz, Eipdeath Itnsi Spaeth. Noon* voted against.

Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
