Purspant to due call and notice thereof, a sdgilaw (special) meeting
of the tillage Council of the 1131lare of Plymouth, tdinnesota vas held
on the 9th day of Noveabar , 1970. The following members
were present: Major Hilde. Councilaso Johnson. Hints, xindseth and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: �u
Councilmen Hintz introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-471
WREPEAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council the
Village Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for Project #7O -8E
to improve Dunkirk Lana and has presented such'plans and specifications to dwz,,;
Council for approval.
NOV THEREFORE, RE IT REW.EY RESOLVED BY TRE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THF. I
VILLAGE OF PLYHOUTH: 1
Such plans and specifications, a copy of'which are attached hereto
and nada a part hereof, are hereby approved.
The Consultant Engineer shall prepare and cause to be inserted
in the official paper, Addata;lW Oonsr_s:ecion Dulletin.an
advertisement for bids upon the -@king of sneh improvement
under such approved Una and specifications. The advertisement
shall ba oebilaned for two xasks, shall opacify the work to be
df ----i&, shall state that bids viii be opened and considered by
th*7 Council at 10:00 A.M. on, October 19, 1970, in tha Council
Chambers in the Public Works Municipal Iluild ng, and that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clark and
accompanied by a cash deposit, cabhier's check, bid bond or
certified check payable to the Clark for 5x of tha swunt of such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Rindseth , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilven Johnson,
Hintz, Rindsoth and Spaeth.
The following voted against none
