MOTION was made by Councilman Johnson, second by Councilman Spaeth to
dire -,-t the Engineer to contact the School District #281 Administrator
in respect to the storm sever drainage problem and contact the Sagamore
developer to reiterate the consideration -ae have made and come back
with some indication as to what plans he can present to us for both
Oe near term and long term solution to the problem. Motion carried,
unanimous vote.
Engineer Hagen said we have rot received the drainage study that the
Planners were asked to make for County Roads X118 and #9 to see if
there are any ponding areas. Mayor 11ILde said this report should have
been received by the 15th and he shoule, contact them about it. Council
agreed with Mayor Hilde that when we get the land use guide plan it
vauld be the time to get a storm sewer study.

adopt RESOLUTION NO. 70-152, A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DI TE OF MAY 18,
1970 FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE APPLICATION OF JrROME
REGIN FOR A SANITL Y LAND FILL APER4TION AT 13315 COUNTY ROAD R9.
Motion carried 5 aye roll call vote.
