Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on November
1970, at the Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North, com-
mencing
om-
meacin- at o'clock p.m. The following members were present:
The following members were absent:
Councilman Johnson -introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption;
'
"RESOLUTION No. 70-470
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF
EUINE14T DOMAIN TO ACQUIRE
PERMANENT AND TEIAPORARY EASEMENTS
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PROPOSED NATHAN LANE
BETWUN 10TH AVENUE NORTH AND 13TH AVENUE NORTH IN THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Project 70-89F),
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLY`UOUTH:
1. It is hereby determined to be necessary, proper and
expedient and in the interest of the public health,
convenience and general welfare of the citizens of
the Village of Plymouth to construct Nathan Lane
between l0thAvenue North and 13th Avenue North in
the V-illage,of Plymouth, and to acquire the necessary ease-
ments therefor, said easements and the lands affected
thereby being described in Schedule "All, attached hereto
and made a part hereof as though fully.set forth at
this point.
2. The Mayor and the Village Attorney of the Village
of Plymouth are hereby authorized to'commence eminent do-
main proceedings and to take any and all other legal
steps necessary to acquire the aforementioned easements."
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Yind.seth
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof:
The following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Manager of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held November 2, 19700
with the original thereof on file in my offices and'the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates
to authorizing the use of eminent domain to acquire easements for the
construction of Nathan Lane between 10th Avenue North and 13th Avenue
North in the Village of Plymouth.
