A srecial meeting; of the Flymouth Village Council was called to order by
Mayor 11ilde at 7:30 P.M. on October 16, 1969.
PRESENT: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hint:: and Kindseth, Acting Clerk -Administrator
Barnes and Village Eng,ineet 11ag en,
LOTION was made by Councilman Hintz, second by Councilman Kindseth to approve
the amendment to the minutes of August 25, 1969 to include Resolutions P. 6.3-29ft
and x:69 -291A. Potion carried 3 aye vote.
MOTION was made by Councilman Kindseth, second by Councilman Hintz that
inasmuch as Council. does not have the complete facts concerning; the 11innespolis
sewer force main for review and arpraisal that. the Villa fte Engineer Hagen give
to Council by November 3rd a complete history of the studies that have been
made on the various aspects of this subject to take care of Plymouth so a
decision can be made based on the best possible route to tale and consider other
alternatives.

Engineer Hagen is also directed to submit an analysis of our sever contract with
Gulden Valley when the capacity flow is reached in the spring due to the -infil-

that Engineer )Hagen 11ve particular attention to the question of cosat, methods
of financing and timing: of the sewer force main to Minneapolis. Amendment
carried 3 aye vote, Motion carried 3 aye vote,
Engineer llag;en read a letter dated October 14, 1969 receiver from Flonestroo
S Associates regarding pollution and Federal grants. `Mayor 11ilde directed
that Engineer )lig;en he prepnred to recommend r. motion when this subject ic;,

community received Federal funds towards their storm sever Improvement
