PLYMOUTH, MINN. I August 12, 1969
r A special meeting of the Village Cc.incil. of the Village of Plymouth,
Min;aecets :+as called to order by Mayor Hilele at 7 P.M. on
Augue 12, 1969.

Present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Kindseth and Hints
Absent: . Councilman Humphrey Out -of -Town - Vacation
POTION by Councilman Kindseth, a,cond by Councilman Hintz
authorizing the Mayor to offer the job of Village Engineer to
Mr. Fred D. Hagen Sr. ac a rate of $1,460 per month, plus a
moving cost ullmnrice of $.500.00 to be paid to Mr. Hagen at the
time he move; to Plymouth; also that there be an understanding
that Mr. Hagen move lite home into the Village within 6 to 9 months
b1iL no later than one year frwn the date of employment. Motion
paused by 4 aye vote.
The meeting was adjourned at 9 P.M.
