VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
t� RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION
OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
j!Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
2nd day of November, 1970.

1 The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen
j Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent.
}� Councilman Johnson; introduced the following Resolution and moved '
!l its adoption:

RESOLUTION N0. 70-466
WHEREAS, it is proposed to upgrade and pave Fernbrook Lane from
Harbor Lane to State Highway f55 and assess the abutting property for j
all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A.

i#Sec. 429.011 to 429.111.
ii NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF "}

#i "'That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
�ftglhmr-for study and that he -ia instructed to report
�{ to the Council with all`cowmnieat speed, advise the
f Council in a praliminary Vay as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible and to whether it should best
be made as proposed or in connection with some other Imp-
rovement and the estimated cost of the improvement as
t recommended.
The motion was seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion: Mayor Hildai, '
t Councilman Johnson, Hints,!'Kindseth and Spaeth. Noone voted against.
Whereupon the motion las declared duly passed and adopted.
