Pursynnt to due call and notice thereof, a regular 6apecW) recting
of the Village Council of the V111nze of Plymouth, 141nnesota was held
on the 2nd day of November , 1970. The following members
were present.-_lfayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz. Rindoeth b Spaeth
The fnllo+oing members were absent: none
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-465
WF(}3RPAS, there wore requests received for strut lights to
Highway #101 and Dunkirk Lane and Ranehviev Lana at 9th Avenue.
NOW THEREFORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVE.)) BY TF1F VILLAGE COUKCTI. OF TPE
VILLAGF. OF PLYTIODU:
The Village Manager is hereby directed to order a preliminary
report from the Northern States Favor Company for strut lights for
the village of Plymouth with alternates and include is said report
the pole design.
The motion for the adoptinn of the foregoing Rertnlution wan duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson , and upon vote beinZ taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hi1de, Coumeilm mi Johnson,
Hints. Kindrath and Spaeth.
The following voted against ung
The foll.oving abstained AOAe

Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
attached and foregoint extract of the minutes of a regular (
meeting of the Village Council of said ��7.]laF.� held on November 2nd
1970, with the original thereof on file its my office and the same is a
full-, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates
to a Resolution regarding street lights for the Village of Plymouth
WITNESS, qty hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of
the Village this 7th day of Decamber 1970.
